Leasing Consultant

Deliver exceptional customer service to future and current residents while conducting property tours and highlighting amenities. Assist applicants in completing rental applications, collecting documentation, and guiding them through lease signing. Support marketing initiatives by managing listings on rental platforms and social media channels. Build strong relationships with existing residents to address concerns, resolve issues, and promote engagement. Stay informed about local market trends and competitors to provide valuable insights. Handle administrative tasks including maintaining resident records and managing leasing paperwork. Communicate effectively with property management and maintenance staff. This full-time role requires Saturday availability from 10AM to 4PM and Sunday availability as needed.
