Leasing Consultant

Leasing Consultant role supporting Acme Residential’s community by delivering exceptional customer service and driving leasing performance. Responsible for guiding prospective residents through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in, presenting apartment features, managing leads in the CRM, processing rental applications, verifying employment and references, preparing lease documents, supporting renewals and resident retention, and applying strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills to close leases. Also delivers administrative and marketing support, handles inquiries from residents, prospects, and vendors, collaborates with maintenance for unit readiness, ensures compliance with Fair Housing regulations, participates in community events, and assists with online listings and social media; requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends and to walk the property for tours. Physical requirements include navigating the property, climbing stairs, occasional lifting, and routine computer/phone use. 1+ year of related experience and strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking abilities are preferred.
