Leasing Consultant at Trinity Property Consultants in Oak Park, IL, responsible for showing and leasing units, welcoming prospective residents, processing rental applications, executing marketing strategies to sustain occupancy, guiding move-ins, handling resident inquiries, coordinating maintenance requests, maintaining accurate files and unit availability, and supporting administrative tasks. Requires strong customer service, sales drive, organization, communication, problem-solving, and familiarity with property-management software (e.g., Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, Celeri) plus MS Office. Education: high school diploma or equivalent; at least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; evening/weekend availability; physical readiness for on-site duties and outdoor conditions. Compensation ranges from $22 to $25 per hour plus potential commissions and renewal bonuses, with a schedule of Tuesday through Saturday.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, Celeri and social media is a bonus
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to work indoors and outdoors; physical ability for lifting up to 25-50 pounds as needed
