Job Summary
Show, lease, and welcome prospective residents while processing rental applications and guiding move-ins. Maintain unit availability calendars, conduct move-out inspections, and handle resident collections. Provide superior customer service by responding to inquiries, processing maintenance requests, and maintaining accurate resident files. Execute marketing strategies to drive occupancy and ensure units meet move-in standards. This role requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays, with a Tuesday through Saturday schedule.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Active participation in team functions and regional or company activities
- Regular periods of sitting, standing, walking, as well as use of hands and arms
- Occasional climbing
- Extended use of computers or telephones
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds independently
- Occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Ability to respond promptly to both visual and auditory alarms
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions, including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, and sleet
Desired Qualifications
- Multifamily leasing experience
- Additional education or certifications
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations
- Experience with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, Celeri and social media
