Job Summary
Conduct all leasing activities at the property, including responding to telephone inquiries, providing tours, following up with prospects, and coordinating move-ins. Recommend on-site marketing strategies and develop merchant/neighborhood referral programs to drive move-ins and retention. Maintain e-shop, phone shop, and physical shop scores of 85% or higher by inspecting apartments and completing necessary paperwork with new residents. Support the Assistant Property Manager with tracking renewals, lease expirations, and notices to vacate, while collecting and processing application fees, security deposits, and rent. Accurately enter prospect and resident data into Entrata and ensure compliance with Fair Housing and occupancy regulations. Requires a high school diploma, one year of customer service or sales experience, and valid driver's license. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour on a day shift with potential weekend availability.
Required Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship
- Valid driver's license
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
