Leasing Consultant - New Acquisition

Leasing Consultant to manage the leasing process from tour to move-in, close leases, prepare documents, and inspect apartments to ensure a quality move-in experience. Responsibilities include understanding property features for prospective residents, marketing the property (online posts, social media, outreach), following up to support occupancy/retention, resolving issues with problem-solving, maintaining knowledge of the property and competitors, building resident relationships, preparing lease files and applications, assisting with delinquent rent collections, daily property/model/unit inspections for cleanliness, and coordinating resident events. Required capabilities include a cheerful, customer-service mindset, tech savviness with property-management software, and proven strength in sales/leasing/closing. Bachelor’s degree preferred; bilingual English/Spanish skills are nice to have. The role requires a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
