Job Summary
Leasing Consultant for Muse Apartments in Dallas, TX responsible for greeting prospects, presenting features and benefits of the property, and securing leases from qualified applicants. The role involves explaining the TAA Lease Contract, coordinating move-in packets and day-of move-ins, marketing the property, maintaining positive relationships with residents and team members, conducting daily property walks for curb appeal, and performing additional duties as assigned. Requires strong customer service and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook), ability to work weekends/evenings, and physical ability to sit/stand/walk and lift up to 15 pounds. High School Diploma or Equivalent is required; college degree preferred.
