Job Summary
Greet prospects, qualify needs, and guide them through apartment tours while presenting community features and benefits. Process leasing applications and documents, maintain market knowledge through surveys, and contribute marketing ideas to the Property Manager. Support resident relations by handling inquiries, lease renewals, and satisfaction efforts, while collecting rent payments and issuing receipts. Maintain organized leasing files, complete daily traffic logs, and assist with property inspections and administrative reporting. Work part-time on-site with weekend and holiday availability, requiring the ability to walk the property, stand, and drive for work-related travel.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available for weekends and holidays
- Ability to work weekends and occasional holidays as needed
- Must be able to walk the property daily
- Must be able to show apartments
- Must be able to climb stairs
- Must be able to bend
- Must be able to lift light items
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must possess automobile insurance
- Must possess reliable transportation for work-related travel
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of leasing or sales experience in multifamily housing preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems (e.g., Yardi or OneSite) preferred
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, ADA, and leasing compliance (or must complete training within 90 days)
