Job Summary
Tour the property with prospects to highlight community amenities and lifestyle, then drive sales by qualifying applicants and initiating background checks. Manage move-in preparations and deliver unmatched service to residents to exceed expectations and maintain retention. Coordinate office paperwork and leasing activities while adhering to company policies and meeting deadlines. This roving role requires travel between properties in varying weather conditions and extended periods of standing or walking.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school
- 1+ years of related experience
- Must be able to travel up to 5% of the time
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended or continuous periods of time
- Must be able to ascend and descend staircases, ladders, and/or step stools
- Must be able to regularly operate office machinery
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position (sit or stand) for 85% of the time
- Must be able to travel outside between buildings in varying outdoor weather conditions
- Must be able to regularly required to remain in a stationary position (sit or stand) for 85% of the time
