Leasing Consultant, Multifamily (Floating)

Leasing Consultant responsibilities include generating interest in the community by touring the property with prospects, highlighting amenities and lifestyle to drive sales, assisting prospects in qualifying for an apartment by collecting information and initiating background checks, ensuring apartments are prepared for move-in, delivering excellent service to residents, and coordinating paperwork related to rentals while supporting occupancy and rent-growth goals. Requires basic office skills, effective communication, and the ability to travel between properties as needed. 1+ years of related experience preferred. High School Diploma or GED accepted. Compensation range is $17.00-$20.00 per hour.
