The role requires professional communication and organization, and involves coordinating leasing activities with the team, meeting occupancy and rent-growth goals, and occasional travel between properties. The position emphasizes customer service, compliance with policies, and a professional office environment. Education required is a High School Diploma or equivalent, with at least 1+ years of related experience preferred.
