Job Summary
Leasing Consultant for two apartment communities in Decatur and Lithonia, GA, responsible for presenting properties, conducting tours, closing leases, and guiding prospective residents through the application process. Role combines customer service and sales, with adherence to Fair Housing laws, data entry in Yardi PMS, off-site marketing, and ongoing follow-up to optimize occupancy. Must work across two communities with a combined schedule and weekend/evening availability.
Required Qualifications
- High School or equivalent education
- Sales and/or customer service experience
- May require a valid driver’s license
