Job Summary
Greet residents and prospective residents via calls, visits, or online traffic while handling apartment tours and leasing path guidance. Stay informed on market conditions, amenities, and floor plans to communicate effectively with prospects. Perform market surveys of surrounding areas and relay findings to the Community Manager. Invite prospects to sign lease documents, collect qualifying information, and prepare leasing files for approval and audit. Full-time role up to 40 hours per week with varying schedules including Saturdays. Requires valid driver's license for onsite golf cart use. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Valid Driver's License in good standing
- Full time employment availability
- Up to 40 hours per week
- Accessible to 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM on most days
- Accessible to 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM on Wednesdays
- Accessible to 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturdays
- Availability to work up to 3 Saturdays a month
- Ability to work onsite
- Eligibility to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Restaurant/Hospitality or direct Multi-family Industry experience (1-2 years)
- Strong administrative and organization skills
