Job Summary
Leasing Consultant responsible for leasing apartment homes and delivering customer service for prospective and current residents. Responsibilities include leasing available homes, supporting marketing initiatives, resident retention, showing apartments, managing leads with timely follow-up (within 24 hours), processing applications and deposits, ensuring move-in readiness with inspections and documentation, and upholding Fair Housing laws and professional representation. Maintain occupancy and rental goals, assist the Community Manager, coordinate with the team, and provide a positive resident experience to drive leasing performance and community success.
