Job Summary
Leasing Consultant responsible for onsite tours and leasing apartments to prospective residents, delivering customer service to current residents, and supporting property operations. Duties include actively participating in leasing and marketing to maximize occupancy, guiding tours of the community and apartments, handling resident communications (service requests) and entering them into Yardi, and greeting clients in a friendly, compliant manner with Fair Housing standards. Requires 1-2 years of sales/customer service experience, basic math, and PC skills. On-site role with compensation in the $18.00–$20.00/hour range and full benefits; visa sponsorship not available.
Required Qualifications
