Job Summary
Leasing Consultant provides information and onsite tours of the community with the goal of leasing apartments to prospective residents; handles resident communications and service requests, processes in Yardi, conducts tours of community amenities and vacancies, and ensures Fair Housing compliance while delivering customer service to residents and prospects. Must have 1-2 years of sales/customer service, basic math, PC skills (Word/Excel/Outlook), and be authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship. Compensation ranges from $18.00–$20.00 per hour plus benefits in Reno, NV.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years sales and customer service experience
- Basic math skills
- Competence in personal computer skills, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
