Job Summary
Conduct onsite tours of community amenities and vacant apartments with prospects while providing information to maximize occupancy. Process resident communications including service requests by entering them into Yardi and communicating with the Service Team. Stand to meet and greet clients, prospects, and residents in a friendly manner while adhering to Fair Housing regulations. Support existing residents with customer service to ensure a positive impact. Requires 1-2 years of sales and customer service experience, basic math skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Authorized to work in the U.S. Compensation ranges from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years sales and customer service experience
- Basic math skills
- Competence in personal computer skills, Microsoft Office, (including Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
