Job Summary
Conduct in-person, virtual, and remote apartment tours to showcase features and pricing to prospective residents. Collaborate with the leasing team to identify, qualify, and guide tenants through the application and signing process while ensuring compliance with local laws. Market vacant units via online listings, social media, and outreach events to drive occupancy. Perform routine inspections of model and vacant units to maintain optimal presentation. Assist with resident retention efforts and community events to enhance satisfaction. Work on-site at the Minneapolis property during standard hours with Saturday coverage required.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Leasing Consultant or in a sales focused position
- A consistent track record of exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- A customer-first mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly and provide tailored solutions
- Strong understanding of local leasing laws, fair housing regulations, and compliance standards
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Saturdays required
- Work on-site at the property in Minneapolis
