Job Summary
Greet prospective residents, provide floorplan and amenity details, and manage the full leasing process from application to lease signing while collecting guarantor forms and rent. Conduct follow-ups on leads, monitor social media and online forums for outreach, and assist with marketing materials, promotions, and housing fairs. Handle administrative tasks including entering service requests, collecting security deposits, planning social activities, and managing move-in/move-out inspections. Maintain accurate knowledge of vacancies, pricing, and lease expirations while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing Laws. Travel between buildings in varying weather conditions and remain available for non-business hours to address lockouts.

- Thoroughly familiar with the leasing process from application to lease signing, collection of guarantor forms, if applicable, and all other pertinent information to ensure that the lease is executed correctly
- Understands and complies with Fair Housing Laws and all company rules and regulations
- Maintains an accurate and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the community, particularly in areas such as rent and pricing information, vacancies, availability, lease expirations, square footage, etc

- Completes market surveys as requested by the Property Manager, monitors area trends and stays current on the needs of prospective renters
- Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials both on and offline
- Available during non-business hours to respond to lockouts and other minor service issues
