Leasing Consultant

Meet with prospective tenants to ascertain needs, assist with model apartment viewings, and discuss lease terms and available facilities. Complete lease forms and agreements, collect deposits, and track approval processes by contacting landlords and future residents. Answer incoming calls, compile listings of available units, and create advertisements reflecting current market pricing. Represent the company professionally while dealing with resident concerns and distributing community notices. Regularly walk grounds to communicate inventory and uphold community policies. This role supports Founders Property Management's mission to acquire and manage profitable real estate investments in Tucson, AZ.
