Job Summary
Welcome prospective residents, conduct property tours, and manage inquiries to generate leasing traffic. Qualify applicants, prepare lease agreements, and coordinate move-ins to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Support lease renewals and resident retention efforts while maintaining high occupancy levels. This role requires bilingual Spanish skills and at least one year of residential leasing experience.
