Leasing Consultant/Marketing Representative at Gallery Residential responsible for coordinating on-site marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. Duties include greeting and qualifying prospects in person, conducting property tours, processing applications, performing credit and criminal background checks, preparing lease agreements and move-in packages, ensuring move-in readiness, and following up to secure lease renewals. Responsibilities extend to designing and executing marketing plans, using internet marketing tools (Facebook, Instagram, email, and other sites), tracking leasing activity with property management software (e.g., Entrata/Yardi), maintaining show units to Company standards, and supporting the lease renewal program. Requires ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet attendance expectations, and perform duties during a standard 40-hour work week with weekend availability. Education/Experience includes a high school diploma or GED; industry certifications are appreciated; a current valid driver’s license is required. Proficiency in computer software, marketing techniques, and customer service with strong sales and negotiation skills is essential.
