Job Summary
Generate traffic, tour guests, and close sales while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced residential property management environment. Create and implement marketing plans to support the leasing strategy. This role requires self-motivation, an outgoing personality, and the ability to work well with others while handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Weekends are mandatory. Starting wage is $19.00-$21.00 per hour with commissions, plus 401K, medical, dental, vision, and 14 paid holidays.
