Job Summary
The Leasing Consultant plays a vital role in maintaining customer service excellence, managing the leasing process, and ensuring all housing policies and procedures are followed. Responsibilities include greeting guests, showing units, handling lease documentation, conducting credit checks, and preparing apartments for new residents. The position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and effective communication abilities. The consultant must also engage in marketing strategies and assist with resident events.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Two years of leasing experience
- Ability to communicate in English
- Excellent leasing and closing skills
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office and community software
- Understanding and explanation of lease documents
- Ability to sell property’s products and services
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
