Leasing Consultant

Greet prospects with enthusiasm, conduct apartment tours, and convert leads into new residents while assisting applicants throughout the leasing process. Provide exceptional customer service to current and future residents, support retention efforts, and assist with outreach marketing and social media initiatives. Collaborate with teammates to foster a positive, welcoming community environment. This bilingual role requires one year of apartment leasing experience, English/Spanish fluency, and the ability to work Saturdays. Starting pay is $21.00 per hour with outstanding benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) match.
