Proactively convert leads into signed leases through relationship-based, consultative sales by following up relentlessly and professionally. Deliver high-impact tours that create urgency, overcome objections confidently, and ask for the lease while maintaining strong renewal relationships to minimize vacancy loss. Respond immediately to online, phone, and walk-in leads, tracking traffic, follow-up, and closing metrics in Yardi. Conduct outreach marketing to local businesses and referral sources, support social media efforts, and stay informed on market comps and pricing strategies. Prepare and maintain accurate lease files, walk vacant units daily to ensure show-ready presentation, and assist with inspections and administrative duties. Prior multifamily leasing experience and Yardi Voyager proficiency required.
