Job Summary
Leasing Consultant at Link Apartments NoDa 36th in Charlotte, NC. Serve as the face of the community by greeting prospects, conducting tours, and closing leases. Handle leasing paperwork (guest cards, applications, leases, renewals, terminations, move-outs), assist residents throughout their lifecycle, and support marketing and community engagement through events and online presence. Bring strong customer service, administrative and communication skills, and a proactive, energetic attitude to a hands-on, onsite role with opportunities for growth and training.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service or hospitality experience
- Solid administrative and communication skills
- Ability to prepare and process leasing paperwork (applications, leases, renewals)
- Ability to conduct property tours and close leases
- Onsite work availability in office and residential buildings
- Able to assist residents throughout their lifecycle
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
