Leasing Consultant responsible for greeting prospects and residents, answering calls, conducting tours of the Winston-Salem community, and closing leases. Manages leasing paperwork (guest cards, applications, leases, renewals, terminations, move-outs), assists residents throughout their stay, and maintains accurate records. Supports marketing and community engagement by planning events, contributing to social media posts and local outreach, and helping maintain the property’s online presence. Onsite role in office and residential buildings with some off-site travel; requires strong customer service, organization, a proactive attitude, good communication, and the ability to work with moderate supervision.
