Job Summary
Conduct community tours, answer prospective resident questions, and determine rental needs through interviews. Inspect property tour routes daily to ensure cleanliness and curb appeal standards are upheld. Prepare application packets, manage voicemail messages, and follow up with all prospects in a timely manner per company policy. Maintain knowledge of local listings and community amenities while utilizing Property Management software. Requires valid driver's license, three to six months of related experience, and ability to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must demonstrate literacy in the English language including reading
- Three to six months of related experience and/or training
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Working knowledge of Property Management software (i.e. One-Site, Real Page)
- Valid State Issued Drivers License
- Authorized to work in the United States
