Job Summary
Greet prospective residents, conduct apartment tours, and guide them through the leasing process while practicing the ABCs of closing. Process applications, collect deposits, prepare lease paperwork, and ensure units are ready for move-in. Respond to resident calls and coordinate service requests with maintenance, while tracking all calls and visits. Enter leases and data accurately in Yardi, assist with marketing materials, and support the Property Manager as needed. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
