Job Summary
Conduct all aspects of leasing production and sales at an assigned apartment community, including providing potential residents with information on model home choices and the living experience. Lead luxury apartment home tours and assist with new lease applications while coordinating renewal processes for current residents. Close sales to positively impact revenue generation and support customer service efforts by following up on resident questions and concerns. Maintain tour path aesthetics and assist with grounds upkeep and site cleanliness. Work weekends and holidays as needed to support the Home team's mission of building meaningful connections and activating the company's purpose.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Ability to learn fair housing regulations
- Ability to work weekends, holidays as needed
