Leasing Consultant

Leasing production and sales for an assigned apartment community. Provide information about the community and model homes, conduct luxury apartment tours, assist with new lease applications and renewals, follow up on resident questions, support customer service, and help maintain tour paths and site aesthetics. Must learn fair housing regulations and be available on weekends/holidays as needed; prior experience in residential property management, sales, or customer service is preferred. Strong customer service, teamwork, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are required; ability to communicate effectively and ensure resident satisfaction in a fast-paced leasing environment.
