Job Summary
Join Capano Management as a Residential Leasing Consultant, responsible for managing the leasing process from tour to move-in and ensuring resident satisfaction. Key duties include showcasing community features, following up with residents, and promoting positive relations. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to adapt are essential. Experience in leasing or property management is not required but preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- One year of experience in sales, hospitality and/or customer service
