Job Summary
Leasing Consultant in multisite MN (Ramsey/Zimmerman) serving as the primary contact for prospective tenants, guiding them through the leasing process, conducting property tours, assisting with applications, maintaining records, and collaborating with property management to optimize occupancy. Requires proficient MS Office usage and strong communication; preferred experience in leasing/property management, CRM familiarity, Fair Housing certification, and knowledge of affordable housing programs. Hours are set (onsite) with a pay rate of $20-$23/hour DOE plus signing and renewal bonuses. Responsibilities include inquiries response, tours, paperwork accuracy and compliance, record-keeping, and tenant-relations activities to maximize occupancy and tenant satisfaction.
