Leasing Consultant

Leasing Consultant at Legend Management Group responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations at a busy lease-up community. Acts on inquiries with prompt follow-up via email, phone, text or video; conducts in-person or virtual lease tours; manages the leasing process from first contact to move-in; handles lead management and follows Legend’s best practices; engages in corporate outreach and local business outreach; participates in resident retention and events; creates engaging resident communications and posts content to social media. Requires a rotating schedule including weekends, a high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ years of customer service or sales experience, reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, and offers a comprehensive benefits package including health/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and apartment rent discount.
