Job Summary
Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and match prospects with available units while explaining lease terms. Coordinate move-in information forms, resolve resident issues, and assist with welcome processes. Process applications, collect deposits, and maintain accurate lease files. Support marketing efforts by promoting community features and monitoring online reputation. Inspect apartments and community areas regularly to report maintenance or safety issues. Work with the team to meet leasing goals and support daily operations. This on-site, full-time position requires availability Saturday through Wednesday.
Required Qualifications
- All on-site property management positions require criminal background screening
- We maintain a drug-free workplace
- All property management positions require pre-employment drug screening
- We also participate in E-VERIFY, a service of DHS and SSA, verifying the identity, and employment eligibility of all persons hired to work for the company
- This is an on-site, full-time position requiring availability Saturday through Wednesday
