Leasing Consultant

On-site Leasing Consultant responsible for marketing, leasing, and pre-leasing apartment homes. Greet prospective residents, give property tours, explain lease terms, and guide applicants through the leasing process. Coordinate Move-In information forms and resolve resident issues/concerns as necessary. Administrative duties include processing applications, collecting deposits, maintaining lease files, and handling daily phone/email traffic. Support marketing efforts and outreach, promote community features, maintain online reputation, and provide great customer service. Inspect apartments and common areas, report maintenance or safety issues, and submit service requests. Work with the team to meet leasing goals and support daily operations.
