Leasing Consultant

Leasing Consultant on-site responsible for marketing, leasing, and pre-leasing apartment homes. Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, explain lease terms, and guide applicants through the leasing process. Support marketing and outreach efforts, stay informed on local amenities, promote community features, and maintain online reputation. Provide excellent resident relations by helping resolve concerns, assist with move-ins, deliver notices, and support events. Perform administrative tasks including processing applications, collecting deposits, maintaining lease files, and handling daily communications. Inspect apartments and common areas, report maintenance or safety issues, and collaborate with the team to meet leasing goals and support daily operations. This is an on-site, full-time position with benefits and compensation details provided.
