Leasing Consultant - Lease Up role focused on attracting and screening potential tenants, marketing and promoting available properties, conducting property tours, screening applicants, negotiating lease terms, and ensuring a smooth leasing process. Responsibilities include maintaining occupancy, responding to inquiries (in-person, phone, and email), preparing lease paperwork, and assisting future residents with move-in. Requires staying informed about local rental market trends, participating in marketing events, and upholding fair housing and company policies. Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Onesite, Yardi, RealPage, Knock, RentCafe, ResMan) and Microsoft Office is expected, along with strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
