Job Summary
Leasing Consultant responsible for all aspects of leasing production and sales at an assigned apartment community; provides information about communities and model homes, conducts luxury apartment tours, aids with new lease applications and renewal processes, and supports customer service efforts while maintaining site appearance and tour flow. Requires strong customer service, sales能力, and knowledge of fair housing regulations; weekend/holiday availability may be needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent (required)
- Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline preferred
- Proven customer service skills
- Strong teamwork skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn fair housing regulations
- Ability to work weekends, holidays as needed
- Previous work experience in residential property management, sales, or customer service is preferred
