Job Summary
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, greeting guests, and showcasing units while ensuring they are in model condition. This role includes managing lease documentation, conducting application processes, coordinating with property management, and maintaining detailed knowledge of the community and competitors. Key responsibilities involve following up with prospective residents, opening the leasing office, handling phone communications, and assisting in marketing strategies. Candidates should possess strong leasing, closing, and organizational skills along with the ability to work a flexible schedule.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Two years of leasing experience
- Ability to communicate in English
- Familiarity with lease documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and MS Outlook
- Ability to conduct business in accordance with Fair Housing and other regulations
