Job Summary
Manage the full leasing process with prospective clients by guiding tours, approving applications, and closing sales to maximize occupancy and revenue. Handle resident-related functions including unit inspections, gift delivery, and curb appeal maintenance while answering all communications professionally. Maintain accurate records of client history and traffic, offering additional products or services to ensure customer satisfaction. Work any day of the week, including Sundays off, with on-call availability as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to read, write, and communicate written and verbally in the English language
- Able to perform entry to intermediate level mathematic functions without additional personnel assistance
- Ability to work any of the seven days of the week, 52 weeks of the year
- Ability to serve on-call, as scheduled or as necessary
- Position requires reliable transportation
Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years in sales-related positions
- Prior sales experience in residential leasing
- Extremely comfortable asking prospective clients for sales on the property as well as any additional products or services that can be offered to them
- High level of familiarity and comfort with MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong oral and written communicator
- Positive attitude, organization with strong attention to detail
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
- Ability to learn, adapt, and excel with new company software
- Demonstrated a high level of interpersonal communication amongst team members and clients
- Able to maintain high energy, friendly demeanor, and perform in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of sales tactics, skills, and assets
