Leasing Consultant - Lakeline at Bartram Park

Greet visitors warmly, explain apartment unit options, and close sales to prospective residents. Prepare lease paperwork, obtain move-in keys, and enter resident data into the internal database. Utilize sales strategies to increase property traffic while visiting local businesses to promote the product. Respond to resident requests, resolve concerns, and plan, facilitate, and participate in resident functions and community activities. This full-time position requires rotating weekday hours Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, with required Saturday and Sunday coverage and monthly after-hours availability for resident events.
