Job Summary
Greet prospective residents, provide property tours, and perform outreach marketing to maximize occupancy. Manage social media initiatives, conduct daily follow-ups on all prospects, and assist with resident retention efforts. Process lease applications, answer phones, and handle general office maintenance tasks under the Community Manager's direction. Resolve resident concerns and issues while supporting partnerships with local businesses and organizations. Work weekends and holidays with a high-touch approach to customer service.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of customer service, sales or office experience
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Must be able to work on weekends and holidays
- Computer proficiency and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to interact with residents and customers in a professional manner
Desired Qualifications
