Job Summary
Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and process lease applications while adhering to a high-touch approach. Perform daily outreach marketing, manage social media initiatives, and follow up on all prospects to ensure questions are answered. Assist with resident retention, resolve concerns, and support the Community Manager with office maintenance and administrative tasks. Walk the marketing path daily and partner with local businesses and organizations. Work weekends and holidays with a goal-oriented mindset.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of customer service, sales or office experience
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Must be able to work on weekends and holidays
- Computer proficiency and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to interact with residents and customers in a professional manner
Desired Qualifications
- preferably in residential property management
