Job Summary
Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and perform daily outreach marketing to maximize occupancy. Manage social media initiatives, follow up on all prospects with a high-touch approach, and process lease applications while assisting with resident retention. Support the Community Manager with office maintenance, phone answering, and administrative tasks, and play a key role in resolving resident concerns. Walk the marketing path daily and partner with nearby businesses and local organizations. Work weekends and holidays with a customer service, sales, and goal-oriented mindset.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of customer service, sales or office experience
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Customer service, sales, and goal-oriented mindset
- Must be able to work on weekends and holidays
- Computer proficiency and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to interact with residents and customers in a professional manner
Desired Qualifications
- preferably in residential property management
