Job Summary
Greet prospective residents, provide property tours, and perform outreach marketing to generate qualified traffic. Create engaging social media initiatives, manage posts, and conduct daily follow-ups to ensure all questions are answered with a high-touch approach. Process lease applications, assist with resident retention, and resolve resident concerns while supporting the Community Manager with administrative tasks like answering phones and office maintenance. Walk the marketing path daily and partner with nearby businesses and local organizations. Work weekends and holidays at Jayde Parkside, a new luxury apartment community in Washington, DC.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of customer service, sales or office experience
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Must be able to work on weekends and holidays
- Computer proficiency and knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to interact with residents and customers in a professional manner
Desired Qualifications
