Greet residents, host tours for prospects, and convert phone traffic into scheduled appointments to achieve maximum occupancy. Ensure model apartments are in touring condition by coordinating move-in/out schedules with maintenance and stocking move-in gifts. Answer calls, distribute mail, and maintain accurate Yardi records of traffic activity. Create resident files, process work orders, and assist with after-hours resident events while promoting a quality living experience. Full-time hours with weekend shifts required.
