Job Summary
Leasing Consultant responsible for guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, keeping show-ready office and model units, supporting retention and community-building, and driving occupancy with warm, professional lead follow-up. Responsibilities include touring and leasing apartment homes, managing inquiries, preparing accurate lease documents, maintaining resident files, coordinating with maintenance and office teams, and contributing to resident satisfaction and welcoming community culture. Requires customer-service mindset, strong communication, tech competency, and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (a college degree is a plus)
- At least 2 years of leasing, sales, or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills—verbal and written
- Comfort with tech tools like Microsoft Office and property software (Yardi experience a bonus)
- Valid driver’s license and current insurance
