Job Summary
Maintain positive resident relations while ensuring the property reaches maximum occupancy through follow-ups, lease signings, and move-in/out assistance. Manage property upkeep including light maintenance and handle office administration duties such as rent collection and community policy enforcement. Understand property management standards, including Fair Housing laws, and support the leasing team with strong communication and sales skills. Work full-time Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm in an onsite role.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Time Management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Energetic, dependable self-starter
- Well-Organized
- Strong leasing skills/sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with technology and ability to learn/adapt to new technologies
- Understanding of Fair Housing laws
- Ability to grasp new concepts quickly
- Engaging personality
- Self-starting go-getter
- Current and prospective residents interaction capability
- 100% onsite availability
- Availability during business hours of M - F, 8 am - 5 pm
